The Manager assists the Director in directing reputed company of senior consultants and consultants in helping clients identify and claim R&E [commonly reputed company as Research and Development (R&D) tax credits and then assists the R&E Director and/or Sr. Manager in defending those credits reputed company necessary in the context of an audit by the reputed company (IRS) and/or state tax authorities. The Manager will diagnose, reputed company, and implement solutions for reputed company tax needs. The Manager will also reputed company tax research, formulate tax plans, train new staff employees, senior consultants and consultants, and reputed company tax reviews.

• Conduct QA/QC reviews of R&D tax credit studies for accuracy and completeness.

• Support reputed company control for cost segregation, §179D, and §45L studies.

• Assist in developing review protocols and training materials.

• Maintain a small book of studies to stay technically reputed company.

• Participate in reputed company calls and reputed company technical support as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field.

• 3+ years of experience in federal tax incentives, especially R&D credits.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation standards.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
