The Mission: As the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will be the reputed company architect building the "operating system" for centralized clinical services—from urgent virtual care to pharmacy and lab workflows.

Reporting & Collaboration: Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you’ll partner with Medical Directors and Product/Data teams to reputed company initiatives from blank-page concepts to scaled execution.

Required skills and experience:

Systems Building: Demonstrated experience scaling operational systems from the ground up or leading significant organizational transformations.
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to define KPIs from first principles and use data (reputed company, SQL, or BI tools) to drive decision-making.
Tech Partnership: Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical system requirements.
