We are a fully centralized Integrated Research Organization (IRO) specializing in conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials in over 35 therapeutic areas: inpatient and outpatient; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device trials.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Vendor Relations Coordinator to support the reputed company and management of external vendors across our clinical trials and broader operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vendors are set up for reputed company &reputed company; from initial reputed company through ongoing partnership &reputed company; while helping drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work closely with internal teams including reputed company & Budgets, Finance, and site operations to ensure vendors are integrated seamlessly, reputed company with internal standards, and positioned to support high-reputed company clinical trial execution. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new vendors, building strong and reputed company relationships from day one
- Guide vendors through reputed company, training, and setup to ensure alignment with research processes and compliance standards
- Coordinate vendor setup across clinical trials, partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage vendor accounts, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to optimize cost and efficiency
- Partner closely with reputed company & Budgets and Finance to support contracting, invoicing, and reputed company payments
- Communicate vendor requirements and expectations reputed company to study sites and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins with vendors to maintain strong, productive partnerships
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect study timelines and data reputed company
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of vendor management processes and best practices
