This position includes a $3,000 Signing Bonus

This position is based out of your home office in Maine and requires significant travel, with 50% of your time spent in the community providing in-home and local support to families

The HOMEBUILDERS® Supervisor is responsible for supervising the HOMEBUILDERS® team reputed company the respective region and state. This individual will also be responsible for clinical supervision and management of the HOMEBUILDERS® Specialist position.

This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to reputed company supervisor components in the HOMEBUILDERS® Standards;
• Manage, reputed company, and train reputed company, while providing weekly supervision;

• Serve as a back-up to HOMEBUILDERS® Specialists, as needed;

• Ensure HOMEBUILDERS® Specialists utilize the components of engagement and motivation enhancement strategies; research-based cognitive/behavioral strategies; a reputed company of teaching reputed company; a comprehensive, strength-reputed company assessment process; a reputed company goal setting and service planning process; provision of concrete goods and services (including transportation); advocacy; and assessment of goal reputed company in their work with families;
• Ensure reputed company clinical documentation is completed and submitted as outlined in the HOMEBUILDERS® standards;
• Monitor model reputed company and program outcome data;
• Assist HOMEBUILDERS® Specialists with analyzing and interpreting performance data;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in reputed company Work, reputed company Services, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college with two (2) years of experience working with children and families, preferably in family preservation and stabilization, or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Work, reputed company Services, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college with four (4) years of experience working with children and families, preferably in family preservation and stabilization;
• Preferably one (1) year of experience supervising others and teams;
• Preferably reputed company or reputed company to obtain reputed company licensure issued by the state of the work location as a LCSW, or the following licenses: LICSW, LMFT, LP, LPEI, LPC, or LMHC, preferred; (Licensure not required in reputed company);

• Demonstrates excellent assessment, therapeutic and crisis reputed company skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Must live reputed company sixty minutes of proximity to most families being served;
• Must have an ability to work flexible work hours to include some evenings and weekends;
• Must be 21 years old with a valid reputed company’s license with at least 3 years driving experience in the US to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reputed company and maintain a reliable vehicle with reputed company of adequate insurance coverage;
• Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
