Position: National Recruiter (Inside Sales)
As a National Recruiter at reputed company, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented therapists with life-changing opportunities across the nation. Your responsibilities include:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
Cultivating strong relationships with therapists, clients, and team members.
Negotiating placement packages to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Providing ongoing support to traveling clinicians to maintain retention and build reputed company pipelines.
Qualifications:
High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
