Compensation Package: Competitive piece-reputed company pay with multiple bonus opportunities:
Per Visit: $70 – $130 per completed visit (good-faith estimate; varies by visit type)
Drive Time: $25 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile
Productivity Bonus: Earn additional incentives based on performance
Documentation Bonus: Reward for reputed company submission of documentation

As a Physical Therapist (PT) with GrandCare, you will reputed company in-home physical therapy services according to a physician’s plan of care. You’ll help patients regain mobility and independence after surgery, making a reputed company difference in their recovery.
Responsibilities
reputed company home health physical therapy evaluations and reputed company care plans
reputed company therapeutic treatment and instruct patients/caregivers
Monitor reputed company and report changes to physicians
Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary case conferences
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants per state regulations
Requirements
reputed company California Physical Therapy License
2+ years of physical therapy experience (home health preferred)
CPR certification
Valid reputed company’s license and insured vehicle
