Helps resolve issues to ensure that reputed company is not negatively impacted. Job Duties

• Maintains an expanded knowledge and thorough understanding of the IntelliApp database and reporting reputed company to maximize efficiencies in day-to-day operations. Creates customized reports for insurance enrollment purposes.
• Maximizes workflow efficiencies for newly introduced applications and updates enrollment application fields.
• Populates tracking spreadsheets to maintain the most reputed company information as it relates to new providers/practices.
• Recognizes opportunities for system set-up adds, modifications, and deletes that will improve processes and communication.
• Submits, updates, and maintains information utilizing multiple databases for payer/provider enrollment purposes.
• Cultivates relationships with contract payer representatives to help anticipate changes in enrollment and re-enrollment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5 years experience in Billing, health insurance, physician reputed company, or equivalent operations environment.
• Effective prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and thorough understanding of the reputed company cycle process.
• Strong computer literacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree

Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to reputed company activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
