Job Requirements: • Day- to – day PBX technical support (MACs, Voice Mail, Call reputed company, ACD reporting) • ACD Call reputed company application programming of splits, reputed company, and trunking • On-site hardware support for reputed company ACD/PBX and Predictive Dialer’s, reputed company reputed company 360, circuits, multiplexers and CSU/DSU’s, and other servers / equipment in the SLC data room • Second level corporate problem escalation for reputed company ACD/PBX, Predictive Dialer, reputed company reputed company 360, Voice/Data network circuits, call analysis/investigation • Ongoing assessment of reputed company ACD/PBX, Predictive Dialer, reputed company reputed company 360, including assisting the Telecom Manager with planning, upgrades, design, reputed company monitoring, programming and documentation support • Voice systems troubleshooting, installs, moves and changes • Assist with voice network design, planning and support • Assist with ACD Call Center hardware/software design and support • Escalation and resource of additional vendor labor support reputed company necessary Qualifications: • Dynamic and dependable • Ability to work under high pressure • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • reputed company and drive • Energetic and Enthusiastic • reputed company and fast paced • Bachelor’s in Computer Science • 5 – 7 Year experience in PBX Administration • Experience with reputed company G3R/Si, 8700, 8300, G700, Intuity, Audix, CMS, reputed company • Broad background in reputed company IP Telephony (Media Servers & Media Gateway)
