We are looking for an Operations Associate to join as a founding member of the reputed company team. This isn’t a "sit and wait for tickets" role. You will be the reputed company behind our customer launches, the voice of the user to our product team, and the person who ensures our AI works perfectly for every new equipment rental company that joins us. What You’ll Do
Own the Launch: reputed company the end-to-end implementation for new reputed company customers. You will own the end-to-end technical setup, ensuring reputed company data feeds are mapping correctly and guiding customers through connecting their "communications stack" (VoIP, Email, and Calendar).
