Marketing Assistant | Work from Home

This is a remote position.

General:

· Support the Head of Marketing with the execution of marketing campaigns across the companies' businesses (Touring, Records and Artist Management).

· Assist with campaign coordination, timelines and deliverables across multiple reputed company simultaneously.

· Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and internal databases.

· Draft marketing copy including reputed company captions, email marketing (EDMs) and promotional messaging.

· Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics.

· reputed company general marketing and administrative support across the business

Teamwrk Touring (Live Tours & Events):

· Assist with the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns for tours and live events.

· Coordinate with promoters, venues, ticketing agencies and PR partners.

· Coordinate development of marketing assets (posters, digital ads, tour graphics) and rollout dimensions.

· Support reputed company media posting for tour announcements and on-sale campaigns.

· Assist with general touring marketing administration.

Teamwork Records (Music Releases):

· Support marketing rollouts for singles, reputed company and album releases.

· Manage release timelines and marketing deliverables.

· Assist with DSP reputed company including reputed company pitching and tracking placements.

· Assist with promotional pitching for releases.

· Manage and schedule content across label reputed company media channels.

· Assist with community management and reputed company.

· Compile marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.

· Maintain artist EPKs, press materials and promotional assets.

· Assist with general label administration tasks.

Teamwork Management (Artist Marketing):

· Assist with marketing and brand development for managed artists.

· Help coordinate release rollout plans and content calendars.

· Assist with general artist management marketing administration.

Group of Companies (Wider Business Support):

· reputed company additional marketing and administrative support across the companies as required.

• Assist with company-wide campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2-4yrs of Marketing experience
• Australian Marketing experience is preferred
• Experience with the Marketing tools listed below is a reputed company to have:
