Instructional Designer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a reputed company field preferred. 2+ years of experience designing and developing online courses in higher education. Proficiency with working with different LMS required. Demonstrated experience implementing gamification strategies in online learning. Ability to analyze learning data and apply insights to improve course design and student reputed company. Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning theory, and reputed company standards such as reputed company reputed company.
