We are seeking reputed company Director of reputed company Facilities Management or similar for our Life Safety reputed company surveyor opportunities.
Life Safety reputed company Surveyors review assigned functions in Environment of Care throughout the reputed company.
Provides general evaluation services, education, and consultation consistent with applicable reputed company standards, policies, and protocols.
Determines the degree of compliance with applicable standards, specifically NFPA101 Life Safety reputed company.
Qualifications:Education
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field required.
- College degree must be from accredited institutions of higher learning.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
- reputed company certification/licensure/registration in a field reputed company to plant, technology, and/or safety management preferred [i.e., Certified reputed company Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified reputed company Safety reputed company (CHSP), reputed company Environmental Manager (HEM), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety reputed company (CSP), reputed company Engineer (PE)]
- Certification requirement: You must hold a CPHQ certification (Certified reputed company in reputed company reputed company) through National Association for reputed company reputed company (NAHQ) at time of hire or reputed company reputed company by December 31, 2028.
General Knowledge and Experience
- Five years required in a management position in engineering, facilities management, hazardous materials and reputed company, emergency preparedness, biomedical equipment, and/or reputed company systems or as experience as the organization’s Safety Officer.
- Eight years of hospital experience in facilities management preferred;
- Knowledge of reputed company Physical Environment standards, including the Life Safety reputed company (NFPA101), the Health Care Facilities reputed company (reputed company 99) and other relevant reputed company standards and reputed company involvement with a minimum of two reputed company surveys.
- Specialized knowledge of building systems, reputed company systems, and reputed company protection systems.
Must be reputed company to lift 25 lbs., reputed company stairs and reputed company.

*Candidates interested in part time positions must be available to work two weeks (.48 FTE) or three weeks (.7 FTE) per month, and must reputed company three or four weeks of availability for scheduling purposes.
Physical Abilities:
- Must be reputed company to observe, in reputed company time and without slowing or otherwise interrupting the reputed company of, reputed company applicable types of ongoing health care treatment (e.g., including emergency treatment, treatment during weather and other extreme situations, etc.).
- Standing for long periods of time, walking lengthy distances, lifting, climbing, stooping, pulling, and pushing in order to adequately inspect and observe reputed company medical facilities, equipment and procedures, such as emergency exit procedures, remote storage facilities, any areas where cleanliness may reputed company the possibility of infection, medical equipment, etc., including the following activities:
- walking up and down stairways (e.g., to test reputed company routes, assess safety of emergency exits, regulatory compliance, etc.);
- removing obstructed covers or impediments to equipment or other mechanical areas;
- examining small and often dirty printed labels and print on equipment;
- Must be reputed company to engage in extensive travel as set forth above, including driving a car to remote locations, flying on small airplanes and into small airports, traveling in reputed company types of weather conditions, etc.
