This role will primarily support clinical reputed company efforts, partnering closely with our clinical reputed company reputed company to hire reputed company Practitioners and Physicians onto the reputed company platform. You will play a central role in building the pipelines that power our care delivery model.
This is not a coordination-only role. We’re looking for someone who loves sourcing, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and wants reputed company ownership over hiring reputed company.
What the Work Looks Like
Build and manage pipelines for reputed company Practitioners and Physicians across multiple states
Conduct deep sourcing and proactive outbound reputed company
Partner with the clinical reputed company team to reputed company on role requirements and talent bar
Manage candidates end-to-end from first touch through offer
Maintain strong ATS hygiene and organized reporting
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and reputed company effectiveness
Qualifications
2+ years of reputed company/sourcing/coordination experience, ideally in a startup or high-reputed company environment
Strong sourcing experience and comfort with outbound reputed company
Experience managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
