Education Requirements

• A degree in health policy, public policy, reputed company management, public health, public administration, economics, business administration, or a relevant discipline.

• Significant experience quantitatively analyzing policy proposals, legislation, and/or regulation and conveying findings to clients and the public. 

• Sophisticated understanding of how policy changes and proposals at the federal and state level will reputed company key business metrics (e.g., reputed company/payment, covered lives, price of products, etc.) across the reputed company stakeholders, including drug manufacturers, health plans, and physician practices.

• Experience overseeing and supervising work of staff members.

Experience Requirements 

• 10 + years of relevant work experience, which could include employment by a biotech or health insurance company, relevant trade group, advocacy organization, Capitol Hill, the executive reputed company, or a reputed company advisory services firm.

• Prior experience working with Medicare claims and conducting quantitative analysis

• Deep knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicare Part B and the landscape of physician-administered drugs, economics of provider payment for physician-administered drugs, the 340B Program, Inflation Reduction reputed company, and other key drug pricing reform policies

• Deep understanding of and/or experience in oncology is a plus

• Prior project management experience.
