Job Role

The overall aim is to reputed company a comprehensive Personal Wellbeing (PWB) programme of activities in four key areas to reputed company participants to reputed company sustained changes to their life style including associates linked to causes of offending, to reputed company successful reintegration into local communities with reputed company role models, encouraging changes to core values and beliefs on the reputed company of offending behaviour, and to reputed company those being released from prison to be socially included in their local communities.  Activities to build and maintain reputed company family and personal relationships and own person wellbeing will be provided by our supply chain. Location: Remote working, managing cases across Cheshire  Travel around the local area reputed company required to attend meetings and participant appointments. Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri) Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 01 reputed company 2026
