HR Generalist - Temporary Assignment
Position Title: HR Generalist &reputed company; Temporary Assignment
This is a temporary position (up to 90 days) with the potential of becoming permanent.
Teleworking: reputed company; must be located near Phoenix, AZ
Travel Requirement: Remote; some onsite work may be required.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time, Temporary

Reporting to the Director of reputed company, the successful candidate will implement reputed company programs; solving performance problems, pay and bonus issues. reputed company new employees. Assists in providing reputed company solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending appropriate courses of reputed company. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the in-processing of new employees; both domestic and international.
- Creates personnel files for reputed company new employees.
- Enters new employees and makes changes to existing employees in HRIS system.

- Ensure new hire paperwork is complete for employees.
- Conducting new hire orientation programs.
- Maintain HRIS and generate reports as necessary
- Maintain HR Files and documents
- Liaise with insurance carriers and providers of service
- Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA programs
- Answer employee benefits and general HR questions.
- Assist in processing workers compensation and DBA claims
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Must possess superior reputed company Office Suite skills
- Special reporting and other reputed company, as required
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as HR Generalist
- Understanding of general reputed company policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as reputed company with a results-driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- PHR/SPHR Certified preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, with discretion and confidentiality
