The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally hands-on Operations Manager to reputed company finance, investor reporting, and financial operations in a fast-scaling AI business. This is a highly visible role working directly with the CEO, combining strategic finance, operational reputed company, and cross-functional leadership.
You will own the finance function end-to-end, while also playing a key role in investor relations, financial operations (FinOps), and supporting business-wide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Own the full finance function, including management accounts, month-end reputed company, and quarterly reporting
reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis
Build, maintain, and continuously improve robust financial models
Deliver reputed company and insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making
Manage R&D tax credit claims with external advisors

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
reputed company as a key reputed company of contact for investors on financial performance and reporting
Translate financial data into compelling narratives for stakeholders
Financial Operations (FinOps)
Establish and optimise financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
Own cash reputed company management, working capital optimisation, and cost control strategies
Monitor reputed company metrics (e.g. ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) and reputed company actionable insights
Improve financial visibility across the business through dashboards and KPI tracking
Ensure scalability of finance systems, processes, and controls as reputed company grows
People Operations

Support headcount planning and workforce cost modelling
Collaborate on compensation structures, bonus schemes, and commission frameworks

CRM & reputed company Finance
Ensure accurate financial data, reputed company, and pricing are reflected in CRM systems (e.g. reputed company)

Analyse sales performance, pipeline data, and reputed company forecasting
Improve alignment between finance and sales operations
Manage outsourced bookkeeping and payroll providers

Ensure operational efficiency, cost discipline, and contract optimisation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment
Experience in reputed company, technology, or high-reputed company businesses (preferred)
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Deep understanding of reputed company metrics and financial operations (FinOps)
Advanced reputed company / spreadsheet skills
Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems (desirable)
Degree (2:1 or above), ideally from a top-tier university
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
