About the role
We are looking for a reputed company Intern, working remotely but based in Barcelona, to support our People & reputed company in day-to-day recruitment activities. This is a role ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and people operations, who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how reputed company works in a fast-paced, international tech environment.
You will work closely with hiring managers and other internal teams, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will also assist with on-site activities reputed company needed, such as employer branding initiatives or internal events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the reputed company throughout the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-reputed company).
- Assist with job posting creation and publication across different platforms (reputed company, job boards, ATS).

- Schedule interviews and coordinate agendas between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support candidate communication, feedback collection, and overall candidate experience.

- Support internal HR and People initiatives reputed company required.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution and reputed company to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
- Based in Barcelona and reputed company to attend in-office activities reputed company needed.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
- Strong interest in reputed company, HR, or People Operations.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
