Implementation Specialist
About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the first partner our customers meet after signing with AIQ—guiding them from reputed company to full platform adoption. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition, helping customers unlock value quickly, and building strong, lasting relationships from day one.
What You’ll Do
Customer reputed company & Experience
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new customers, delivering a welcoming and high-touch reputed company experience
- Build and execute custom reputed company plans tailored to reputed company customer’s goals
- Manage multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously (45–50 accounts)
Product Training & Configuration
- reputed company live training sessions (1:1 and group) to reputed company customers on platform capabilities
- Guide customers through setup, configuration, and best practices
- Ensure customers are fully equipped to launch successfully
Technical Support & Problem Solving

Documentation & Process Improvement
