We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative II to join reputed company in Davenport, IA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and written correspondence. You will work closely with our clients, reputed company providers, and public health professionals to reputed company accurate and reputed company information on a wide reputed company of health-reputed company topics.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required

• Successfully complete the written assessment
• Highly effective communicator with strong ability to reputed company an excellent empathetic customer experience
• Excellent listening, comprehension, communications (verbal and written), problem-solving, and customer service skills
