As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
