Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service
- Running the register and handling cash transactions
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and reputed company environment
- Interacting with customers daily and providing fast and friendly service
- Working as part of reputed company to accomplish daily goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
