Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a reputed company of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center environment
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll earn a competitive reputed company reputed company of $25-$29 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay. You'll also receive a $2 shift reputed company for working evening shifts.
