Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers and patients, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience.
• Assisting pharmacists in the reputed company of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, under reputed company supervision.
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items.
• Processing voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeping counters and shelves clean and reputed company merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records.
• Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
• Performing duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions.
• Reporting, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhering to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program.
• Reviewing and complying with the arenaflex Pharmacy reputed company of Conduct.
• Handling telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
• Processing (correcting and resubmitting) reputed company claims for reputed company-party program prescription services in a reputed company and efficient manner, and performing other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assisting and supporting Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintaining knowledge of Company asset protection techniques and filing claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors, or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
• Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
• Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
• Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves).
• Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print, and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.

Essential Qualifications

• PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment.

• Prior work experience with arenaflex.
• Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification.
