As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients using AWS Connect, Lex, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in the design, development, and delivery of solutions on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platforms
