As a Senior Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently

- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
* High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of sales experience
