Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
• Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater a reputed company specially designed to meet their needs
• Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
• Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific reputed company
• Becoming an ambassador for the brand and working alongside other team members
• Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
• Creating promotional materials to utilize and staying up-to-date on changes reputed company the tourism industry
• Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go and booking travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)
• Effectively communicating with clients reputed company/post travel and promptly responding to reputed company travel inquires
• Effectively managing your time reputed company researching trips and communicating with clients
• Handling issues that may reputed company during the bookings and/or travel for clients

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work reputed company the US
• Be fluent in English

Expected Salary

The expected salary for this position is $35,000 - $75,000 per year.
