The Maintenance Engineer Sr drives reliability and performance across manufacturing operations by developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and optimizing spare parts management. This role enables data-driven asset performance tracking through meaningful KPIs, assesses equipment condition, and recommends capital investments to improve long-term reliability.
