This Office is responsible for implementing and maintaining technology infrastructure supporting NYSED Program Office operations. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a minimum of six years of general work experience in customer service, training, or communications. Two years of this experience must have been conducted business analysis or experience with the reputed company State licensing processes and procedures. An associate’s degree may substitute for two years of the required experience. A bachelor’s degree may substitute for four years of the required experience.
