Associate Process Manager, Supply Chain, Process Transformation (Hybrid)

About the position The Associate Process Manager, Supply Chain, Process Transformation for Supply Planning leads Process Transformation deliverables supporting the Endoscopy Division primarily reputed company on business processes such as Supply Planning, Inventory reputed company and Material Requirements planning. Responsibilities

• BU Leadership | BU Supply Planning Leaders will be the primary reputed company of contact. Drives priorities and visibility to key BU challenges, communicates regularly with Business Leadership.
• Process Expertise | Demonstrates a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Planning processes and a working knowledge of ERP system flows. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or reputed company field - required
• 6+ years of experience Supply chain and or process reputed company roles - required
• Proven ability to drive the execution of solutions and implement reputed company processes and systems
• Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate change management activities
• Excellent interpersonal communication, reputed company teamwork, conflict management, and negotiation skills
