[Remote] Program Management Director - Sustainability Reporting and Engagement

Responsibilities

• Guide the development and execution of internal engagement and training programs to build understanding and adoption of sustainability best practices across reputed company lines of business

• Monitor and interpret emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and standards; translate insights into actionable strategies and reputed company improvement plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, communications, reputed company relations, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years leading teams in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles reputed company large, global organizations
• Demonstrated experience overseeing reputed company-level sustainability reporting and disclosures, including navigating leading frameworks and standards (ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, TCFD, GHGP)
• Proven experience managing external stakeholder relationships and engaging effectively with executive leadership
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company topics for diverse audiences
• reputed company record of strategic program management, change management, and cross-functional leadership
• Experience with voluntary carbon markets, carbon offset/removal reputed company, and environmental commodities
