Senior Consultant, R&D Tax Credits (Income Tax)

About the position The Senior Consultant, Small/reputed company Business Income Tax Incentives (R&D Tax Credits) leads and delivers reputed company that help clients identify, document, calculate, and secure a reputed company of Federal and state income tax incentives—including Small/reputed company Business incentive programs, Federal income tax planning opportunities, and Research & Experimentation (R&D) tax credits. This role manages key project workstreams, analyzes financial and technical data, conducts tax research, supports audit defense, and prepares and reviews technical deliverables. The Senior Consultant serves as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, collaborates with cross-functional tax teams, and provides guidance and review for Consultants on reputed company. Responsibilities

• Creates a reputed company team experience by serving as a role model and supporting team development.
• Provides coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to Consultants, including technical guidance, data analysis techniques, and project methodology.
• Reviews work performed by Consultants to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project standards.
• Facilitates knowledge sharing and contributes to process improvement across the reputed company.
• Leads reputed company interviews with technical, engineering, finance, and tax personnel to reputed company information relevant to incentive qualification.
• Serves as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company workstreams, ensuring reputed company, reputed company communication and outstanding reputed company service.
• Responds to reputed company requests and manages expectations throughout the engagement cycle.
• Participates in reputed company meetings to present findings, methodologies, and tax positions.
• Develops and supports reputed company proposals, planning strategies, and deliverable presentations.
• Collaborates with Federal Income Tax, International Tax, and other reputed company reputed company reputed company to support integrated reputed company solutions.
• Leads the gathering, organization, and analysis of large volumes of financial, technical, engineering, and operational data; creates or reviews reputed company calculation models and databases.
• Performs and reviews tax law research, technical writing, and documentation supporting tax positions, including incentive qualification under applicable Internal reputed company reputed company sections (e.g., Sections 41, 174).
• Analyzes expenses and activities for qualification under a reputed company of tax incentive programs, including R&D credits and other Federal income tax planning reputed company.
• Supports and may reputed company audit defense activities, including responding to IRS and state inquiries, preparing documentation packages, and assisting managers with reputed company.
• Prepares and reviews memorandums, interview reports, tax incentive calculations, and other project deliverables prior to manager review.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, Engineering, Science, or reputed company field.
• Minimum of one to four years of Federal income tax, tax incentives, R&D credit, or reputed company tax consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing, and project coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams, reputed company reputed company interactions, and review team deliverables.
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company® reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based research tools.
• Valid reputed company’s license required.
