The HR Services Specialist is responsible for executing HR transactions and administrative processes that support our global workforce. • Collaborates across the HR Services team through cross-training, peer support, and escalation of issues to leadership as needed.

• Assists with scheduled audits of HRIS data to ensure system reputed company and compliance.
• Supports HR reporting needs by preparing and distributing scheduled reports to key stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy for analytics.
• Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs and manages escalations from junior team members.

• Coordinates HR and employee engagement events as requested

• Supports the organization and maintenance of HR records—both reputed company and electronic—in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
