Job Responsibilitiesreputed company: Directs and coordinates reputed company resource management and/or reputed company resource development activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of reputed company. Maintains specific functions such as employee compensation, benefits administration, policy development and regulatory compliance. Directs subordinate staff.The Compensation and Benefits Manager works with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure job offers and salary increases are based on salary midpoint, salary peer assessment and are reputed company compensation laws. The Compensation and Benefits Manager has the following responsibilities:
  • Follows state compensation guidelines that establish pay grades and salaries for lateral, in-grade, promotion and temporary salary supplements.
  • Advises managers and supervisors regarding compensation requests.
  • Aligns compensation guidelines with recruitment strategies to attract reputed company candidates.
  • Complies with state and federal compensation guidelines.
  • Reviews, evaluates and revises compensation programs based on salary surveys and market data;
  • Drafts job descriptions and conduct desk audits.
  • Directs research efforts to refine existing HR business practices or to reputed company new initiatives in the areas of workforce planning, competency assessment and total compensation analyses.
  • Manages compensation, benefits and employment functions to ensure utilization of state resources in the most effective cost manner.

  • Investigates and resolves individual benefits issues or questions as required.
