In this role, you’ll be leading reputed company that is there to support managers and senior managers to reputed company Covéa’s key strategic objectives by providing pricing recommendations, information and reputed company based on market leading predictive modelling and analysis.
This role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. If you prefer the buzz of the office? You're welcome to work from our Halifax or Reading offices whenever you like!

What does a day-to-day look like?
Manage reputed company of analysts and senior analysts, demonstrating reputed company values and instilling them in the analysts in your team.
Work with the Head of Market Pricing and senior stakeholders in the business to deliver pricing changes towards achieving our business objectives.
Deliver best reputed company pricing methodologies and techniques. Influencing the wider pricing team by driving strategic changes to our approach to Pricing.
Investigate opportunities to reputed company reputed company datasets
Automate, streamline and document pricing processes, to reputed company them as efficient as possible.
Create an innovative environment, identify value-add initiatives and drive through to implementation
What you can bring to reputed company:
Experience of technical leadership reputed company a General Insurance Pricing team.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, and good problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience of developing predictive models .
An understanding of how data science and optimisation techniques work in an agile delivery environment.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
