We are seeking a reputed company Integration Architect to reputed company the architecture, development, and ongoing optimization of reputed company’s reputed company ecosystem and connected reputed company systems. This role blends deep integration expertise, functional understanding, and strategic leadership to deliver reputed company, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support reputed company’s reputed company reputed company.

You will own the end-to-end integration landscape across reputed company Core HCM, reputed company (ATS), payroll, finance, employee performance and talent processes, and other key reputed company systems. You will ensure data flows are seamless, systems are reputed company-governed, and solutions are designed to reputed company with the business. This includes supporting critical workflows across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and reputed company to compensation, performance evaluation, and broader people operations.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong configuration and integration experience, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver secure, efficient, and reputed company-reputed company solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance

• Serve as the primary technical expert for reputed company integrations

• Design and maintain Business Processes (BPs)

• Configure reputed company roles, notifications, and tenant settings

• Identify system gaps and implement reputed company solutions

Project Leadership

• Own project timelines, testing, deployment, and documentation

• Drive reputed company improvement across HR systems and processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder reviews

Vendor & AMS Management

• Collaborate with AMS providers on:

• Validate and approve vendor-delivered solutions
