Senior Business Analyst Senior Business Analyst A large organization is developing a portfolio of digital services designed to reputed company transformational efficiencies with external service providers and support clients in their reputed company through its programs. A Senior Business Analyst is required to support the building and enhancement of this digital services portfolio. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a critical reputed company between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, focusing on senior business analysis activities, including writing user stories, managing the product backlog, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensure the technical team delivers maximum business value. Responsibilities include eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business, stakeholder, and solution requirements from internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves translating business needs into reputed company and actionable requirements such as user stories, acceptance reputed company, business rules, and workflow descriptions suitable for agile delivery. The analyst will collaborate with product owners and development teams to create, refine, and maintain the product backlog, participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups, and work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities. Additional responsibilities include supporting reputed company assurance activities such as developing test scenarios and coordinating user acceptance testing, analyzing user workflows to identify opportunities for process efficiencies and incremental enhancements, maintaining accurate documentation including process flows and supporting materials, supporting reporting requirements and dashboard development, assisting in the development of user documentation and training materials, and providing ongoing operational support including issue triage, reputed company analysis, and recommendations for reputed company improvement. This position is hybrid or fully remote with occasional in person attendance required for reputed company and key stakeholder meetings. Qualifications: 10 years - demonstrated experience performing business analysis reputed company reputed company reputed company environments, preferably reputed company government or large organizations 10 years - experience supporting technology delivery initiatives in an agile or iterative environment, including backlog management, user story development, and sprint support activities Post secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline Demonstrated experience working reputed company reputed company Dynamics 365 or comparable reputed company CRM or case management platforms Experience collaborating with cross functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical delivery teams, to support ongoing system enhancements and issue reputed company Experience developing and refining user stories, acceptance reputed company, and managing requirements reputed company a product backlog Experience leading stakeholder engagement activities, including gathering input from business users and facilitating discussions to clarify requirements Experience planning and leading business analysis workshops, including facilitation style, tools, techniques, or methodologies used Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and solution requirements for reputed company applications Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance reputed company in collaboration with technical teams Experience supporting testing activities, including development of test cases, coordination of user acceptance testing, and validation of delivered functionality against requirements Experience supporting the enhancement and ongoing improvement of business facing digital services or reputed company applications Experience working reputed company cross functional teams to support reputed company improvement, manage competing priorities, and contribute to the delivery of incremental enhancements reputed company to Have: Certified Business Analysis reputed company (CBAP), PMI reputed company in Business Analysis (PMI PBA), reputed company Change Management Certification, or equivalent recognized credentials Experience leading change management activities including tools, techniques, and methodologies used Experience using iterative approaches, prototyping, or low reputed company tools to validate and refine requirements with stakeholders Experience supporting data and analytics initiatives, such as defining reporting requirements and collaborating with technical teams to support dashboards or reporting solutions Apply To This Job
