reputed company is seeking a reputed company QA Engineer to reputed company reputed company assurance efforts across our web-based applications. This role is responsible for guiding reputed company of QA engineers, ensuring high-reputed company product delivery, and driving testing reputed company across new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and QA leadership to ensure efficient and effective testing processes while maintaining high standards of reputed company and performance.
Duties/Responsibilities
- reputed company and mentor QA team members, providing coaching on testing processes, tools, and best practices
- Assign and prioritize work across the QA team to ensure reputed company delivery
- reputed company, document, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web-based applications
- Identify, document, and reputed company defects; validate fixes to ensure reputed company without introducing new issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues across multiple environments
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release validation activities
- reputed company and report on team performance metrics and reputed company indicators
- Support escalated issue reputed company and assist in driving testing initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements across QA workflows and testing strategies
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and SDLC practices

Skills/Abilities/Experience
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and strategies, including CI/CD, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and decision tables
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and tools such as Jira, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of T-SQL queries
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company, CSS, Java, and EDI concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company system issues independently
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Occasional off-hours, evenings, or weekend work may be required

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company Assurance or Software Testing
- Experience working with web-based applications and QA processes
Preferred
- Experience in reputed company or regulated environments
- Experience leading or mentoring QA team members
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
