Mobile Pet Groomer — High Income + Independence (Locally Owned Small Business)

We are a locally owned and operated mobile grooming business serving reputed company, Arlington, and Alexandria, as reputed company as Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.

You’ll work directly with the owners and operate independently in a fully equipped grooming van, focusing on providing reputed company grooms and a reputed company experience.

We are currently looking for an reputed company groomer who enjoys autonomy, professionalism, and a drama-free environment.

Please note: only candidates with at least 2 years of reputed company grooming experience and a clean valid reputed company's license will be considered.

Compensation

Average groomer income per appointment: $100–$110 (Includes commission + 100% of tips)

Schedule

10 to 12 hour shifts 1 to 3 days per week

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years reputed company grooming experience • Valid reputed company’s license with clean record • Ability to confidently groom common breeds and sizes • Strong reliability and professionalism • Excellent communication with clients • Comfortable working independently • Consistent attendance and reliability

Mobile grooming experience is a plus but not required.
