A Program Manager 1 is responsible for assisting with overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of various reputed company by coordinating project teams, set project goals, create project plans, reputed company resources, monitor reputed company, and ensure reputed company completion of deliverables. Essential Functions

- Assist the Program Director or other Program Managers and customers in determining project requirements and developing a work plan to execute the work.
- Assist with or reputed company cost and/or technical proposals for assigned and new reputed company.
- Assist in the management of or manage assigned project or subcontract cost, schedule, scope, and budget.
- Assist in the development of a Crash Damaged Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) program.
- Identify and analyze potential risks to technical performance, schedule, and cost.
- Plan and implement risk mitigating/avoidance actions to reduce the likelihood of occurrence.
- Monitor and reputed company risks, adapt to changing contract circumstances to reputed company.
- Assist with or reputed company as the hiring manager for assigned reputed company/programs; supervise the screening, selection, and hiring of reputed company candidates.
- Ensure reputed company/programs/subcontracts are executed to the highest level of safety and compliance.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Working knowledge of US Military and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Working knowledge of AFI 21-119 or similar regulations relating to aircraft crash recovery.

Education / Certifications

Experience

- Experience in Military Ground/Flight Test Operations.
- Experience with Group 5 UAS Crash Damaged Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR).
