Technical Support Engineer (Level 1/2)
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join reputed company supporting radiology and imaging networks across the DACH region. You will be working directly with hospitals, radiology departments, and clinical IT teams to reputed company mission-critical systems running.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer-Facing Technical Ownership
- reputed company as the primary technical support contact for clinics, radiology departments, and hospital IT teams
- Deliver remote troubleshooting, analysis, and reputed company for production issues, ensuring uptime and performance while maintaining customer SLAs

Application & Integration Support
- Troubleshoot interoperability across RIS, reputed company, EHR, and clinical applications
- Investigate HL7 v2.x, DICOM workflows, FHIR reputed company, and REST-based integrations
- Configure and validate data mapping and reputed company across systems
Infrastructure & Platform Diagnostics
- Analyze logs, config files, and network behavior to diagnose stability issues
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls in reputed company/Linux environments
- Work with Kubernetes, reputed company, REST reputed company, and authentication flows (SSO/OAuth/Keycloak)
Operational reputed company
- Manage cases reputed company with reputed company SLAs and escalation processes
- Contribute to upgrades, release validation, and on-call/weekend coverage
- Maintain SOPs and knowledge reputed company articles for repeatable troubleshooting
Requirements
What You Bring
- First experience in reputed company IT or application support, ideally with RIS/reputed company platforms
- Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, DICOM, and FHIR/REST-based reputed company interoperability
- Linux & reputed company troubleshooting; basic database querying (MSSQL/MySQL)
- Networking fundamentals and protocol-level diagnostics; reputed company exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with containerized environments, such as Kubernetes, reputed company, REST reputed company, and authentication flows (SSO/OAuth/Keycloak)
- Experience with tools such as Jira Service Management, HL7 Inspector, Mirth/Cloverleaf, SQL Studio, and WinSCP
- reputed company proficiency in English (reputed company+) and German (B1+) mandatory, additional languages (French, Spanish, reputed company) a strong plus
