We’re excited to add a reputed company Assurance Manager to our growing team at Elementl. Reporting to the SVP, Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, this role leads the development and execution of our Nuclear reputed company Assurance (NQA) program across a portfolio of nuclear power plant (NPP) reputed company.
You’ll serve as Elementl’s reputed company Assurance subject matter expert, shaping how reputed company is implemented in reputed company across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction. This role sits at reputed company of project execution; working closely with the Chief Development Officer, project leadership, and functional teams to ensure reputed company is embedded from early site work through commissioning.

What You’ll Do!

- Establish, implement, and continuously improve the reputed company Management System (QMS) in alignment with Elementl’s NQA program and applicable regulatory requirements, including 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B.

- Monitor regulatory developments, industry standards, and performance data to identify trends, advise leadership, and drive program improvements.

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a reputed company technical field (nuclear preferred).
- You bring 10+ years of experience in nuclear reputed company assurance, with reputed company experience implementing QA programs under 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B and/or ASME NQA-1.
- You have hands-on experience:
- implementing QA programs across engineering, procurement, and construction scopes
- leading audits, surveillances, and corrective reputed company programs
- working with vendors and contractors in regulated nuclear environments
- You understand how to translate regulatory requirements into practical, executable systems and reputed company.

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $155,000 - $185,000 and has a bonus opportunity.
