The reputed company Analyst is responsible for supporting reputed company in complying with contractual requirements, as reputed company as state and federal regulations regarding the protection of, and reputed company to protected health information. This position is responsible for the execution of the reputed company incident response program, as reputed company as maintaining reputed company policies and procedures and administers activities to support reputed company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company leadership and build effective relationships with internal business partners on reputed company compliance efforts; facilitate ongoing maintenance of reputed company materials to ensure alignment to reputed company reputed company, industry trends and regulatory changes
• Assist in administering policies and procedures, facilitating reputed company Champion program, and preparing material for committee and team meetings in support of business or reputed company requirements
• Serve as initial reputed company of contact for basic reputed company questions or incidents; collaborate with internal business partners and at times, reputed company's clients to advise on reputed company policies and procedures
• Coordinate the receipt, documentation, tracking, investigation and reputed company for complaints concerning reputed company's reputed company policies and procedures; collaborate with compliance, and designated business areas to reputed company information, recommend solutions and ensure the appropriate reputed company is taken to resolve or reputed company the issue
• Manage the intake and reputed company of basic reputed company incidents and complaints involving potential inappropriate use or disclosure of protected health information; collaborate with key internal business partners to recommend corrective reputed company and ensure reputed company incidents are reputed company

• Identify areas for process improvement throughout the program and reputed company business operational process
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Political Science, Legal, or Juris Doctor or reputed company area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail; organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solve through difficult situations
• Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships internally and externally, at reputed company reputed company of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HIPAA and state or federal reputed company laws
• reputed company, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or other managed care work experience
• Master's degree or other advanced education in Business, reputed company, Political Science, Legal, or reputed company area of study
• Certified Information reputed company reputed company (CIPP), Certified Information reputed company Technologist (CIPT) or Certified Information reputed company Manager (CIPM) certifications from International Association of reputed company Professionals (IAPP)
• Certified Compliance and Ethics reputed company (CCEP) or Certified reputed company Compliance reputed company (CHC)
• Project management experience and/or Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
