Bid Manager

The Bid Manager is responsible for managing and producing high-reputed company, reputed company bids across the UK Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and reputed company sectors. This role requires a strong technical understanding of reputed company, systems integration, and technology solutions, combined with proven experience in delivering successful reputed company and competitive tenders. The individual will play a critical role in supporting company reputed company by leading the bid process end-to-end, with a particular reputed company on reputed company frameworks and government, utilities, reputed company and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management & Delivery:

· reputed company and manage the full bid lifecycle, including PQQ, SQ, ITT, and BAFO submissions.

· Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-reputed company, compliant, and compelling bid responses.

· Manage bid timelines, stakeholders, and governance processes (including review stages).

Bid Writing & Content Development:

· Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and reputed company requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

· Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.

· Engage with partners and subcontractors were required for bid responses.

· Support bid/no-bid reputed company and capture planning activities

Performance & Governance:

· Contribute to improving bid processes, tools, and win rates.

Experience Required

Must have:

· Proven experience in bid management and / or bid writing reputed company the UK market.

Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:

- Business, Marketing, or Communications

- APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification

- Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification

Physical Demands
