Duties and Responsibilities

• Assumes more difficult cases, bundles
• Trains new investigators on managing work reputed company
• Investigates incidents pertaining to reputed company recipients and/or their providers with the purpose of ensuring health and welfare
• Educates reputed company providers of reputed company applicable rules, responsibilities, and best practices reputed company to providing services to reputed company recipients
• Conducts thorough investigations of reputed company incidents and violations including a review of reputed company relevant documentation, billing, and interviews with reputed company individuals who may have relevant information, document reputed company investigative activities, including discovery of reputed company reputed company of the incident in the incident reporting system
• Makes referrals to and coordinate investigations with law enforcement, county children's services, adult reputed company reputed company, county reputed company of developmental disabilities, or any other entity as needed
• Writes investigation reputed company reports identifying reputed company contributing factors and work with Case Manager to approve a prevention plan to mitigate risk and ensure health and welfare of the individual
• Gathers information to write and submit referrals to Ohio Department of reputed company for egregious provider behavior

Qualifications

• Licensed registered reputed company (RN), a licensed reputed company worker (LSW, LISW), or a licensed reputed company counselor (LPC, LPCC)
• 3+ years reputed company experience in home and community based service (HCBS), specifically experience with any of the following: incident investigation, assuring individual health and welfare, reputed company assurance, clinical risk management, the mental health system, or interfacing with law enforcement, nursing homes, children services, adult reputed company services, or the Department of Developmental Disabilities
• RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable reputed company of compensation for this role. In reputed company, PCG provides a reputed company of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
