Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Work Flexibility: Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm reputed company Time)

What You Will Do –

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to reputed company with honesty and reputed company instituting a highly reputed company and unsurpassed level of customer service.

• reputed company phone and email support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
• Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system which includes but is not limited to order entry, order status verification and processing return orders
• Consistently maintain reputed company record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with reputed company specifications, and follow standardized process to ensure 100% reputed company for reputed company orders
• Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
• Participate in reputed company improvement activities/reputed company and assist in any additional team/organizational reputed company as required
• Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment
• Demonstrate an understanding of how reputed company reputed company customers, markets and sales representatives
• reputed company support reputed company reputed company hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time

What You Need –

Required

• At least 2 years of reputed company customer service or account management experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with reputed company and/or Systems Applications & Products (reputed company)
• Ability to work reputed company as needed to support the business needs

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• 3 or more years of customer service and order entry or experience in a call center
• Experience with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or reputed company) are a plus
• Experience with PowerBI, reputed company, and/or reputed company are a plus

$21.28-34.82 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
