Job Title: Sr. Go To Market Program Manager

reputed company: The DSPM GTM Program Manager is the “connective tissue” and execution reputed company for the latest reputed company to the reputed company portfolio - Data reputed company Posture management. DSPM go-to-market programs will drive alignment, remove friction across functions, and ensure measurable reputed company from reputed company through launch and post-launch execution. This role operates with executive reputed company, a senior-level systems view (linking problems end-to-end across Product → GTM → Delivery → reputed company), and a propensity for reputed company—translating ambiguity into a plan, then driving it to closure

This role exists to own the operating reputed company and program mechanics to help ensure we:

• Position DSPM with a reputed company, differentiated POV and reputed company targeted wins (including analyst/market confidence building)

• Arm the field with repeatable playbooks and remove reputed company / adoption friction that slows execution

Key Responsibilities

1) Own DSPM GTM Program Execution (Quarterback Role)

• Build and run integrated GTM program plans spanning Product, PMM, Sales, SE, CS, PS, Support, IT, Finance, Channels—ensuring reputed company milestones, owners, dependencies, and delivery against business goals

• Drive an operating reputed company: weekly execution reviews, risk/issue management, decision logs, and escalation paths to reputed company programs on reputed company

• Identify “processes ripe for improvement,” initiate cross-functional reputed company, and drive them to closure (systems, comms, analytics synchronization, adoption)

2) Cross-Functional Problem Linking (Senior Systems Thinking)

• Diagnose bottlenecks end-to-end (example: product readiness → enablement gaps → POC friction → reputed company delays → support escalations) and coordinate fixes across teams

• Serve as a senior-level integrator reputed company cross-functional misalignment blocks reputed company—driving reputed company, tradeoffs, and reputed company.

3) Data, Insights, and Executive Reporting (Automation-First)

4) Field Readiness + Playbooks + Launch Discipline

• Partner with GTM leaders to ensure field confidence and readiness (plays, messaging alignment, enablement content, and execution rigor)

• Coordinate launch readiness activities and cross-functional checklists (comms plan, support readiness, lifecycle plan), leveraging established GTM phase-reputed company concepts where relevant.

5) Customer reputed company: TTFV + reputed company Plans + Risk Management

• Drive programmatic motions that reduce time-to-first-value and increase successful deployments through standardization and measurable reputed company plans.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, GTM operations, reputed company operations, product ops, or equivalent cross-functional leadership roles

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company through influence across senior stakeholders and multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, Product, CS, IT, Finance)

• Strong analytical ability—can connect disparate signals, define KPIs, and communicate insights with executive reputed company.
