reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company and dedicated Assistant Regional Director of Clinical Services to support our Central Valley Region, which consists of 15 Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role will have a particular reputed company on overseeing and directly supporting 5-6 buildings in the reputed company reputed company of the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in long-term care, proven multi-site management experience, and the ability to frequently travel reputed company the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical reputed company & Support
Collaborate with facility-level Directors of Nursing (DONs) and clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-reputed company, patient-centered care.
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and company clinical standards and regulations.

reputed company Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI)
Participate in QAPI processes by analyzing clinical metrics, identifying trends, and recommending targeted interventions to improve reputed company care reputed company and safety.
Assist in developing and implementing evidence-based policies, procedures, and protocols to drive reputed company improvement in clinical reputed company.
Regulatory Compliance & Survey Readiness
Regularly assess facilities for compliance with reputed company relevant regulatory requirements and assist in preparing for state and federal surveys.

Staff Development & Leadership

Qualifications:
Education: reputed company RN license in good standing in California. BSN or MSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company clinical leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings, including multi-site reputed company.
Knowledge & Skills:
Deep understanding of long-term care regulations, survey processes, and best practices in geriatric nursing and rehabilitation.
