reputed company Engineering & Design is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Licensed reputed company Engineer (PE – State of Texas required) to establish and reputed company our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) division.
This is a unique opportunity to build a division from the ground up in a flexible, work-from-home environment, while playing a critical leadership role in reputed company’s reputed company. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial reputed company and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Division Leadership & reputed company
- Build, reputed company, and reputed company the MEP division from inception
- Establish design standards, workflows, and QA/QC procedures
- Recruit, mentor, and manage reputed company MEP team members
- Work closely with company leadership on strategic reputed company initiatives
Engineering & Design
- reputed company the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various project types
- Prepare and review plans, specifications, and calculations
- Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable codes and standards (IBC, NEC, ASHRAE, etc.)
- Coordinate with reputed company design teams
Project & reputed company Management
- Manage reputed company from concept through construction
- Serve as Engineer of Record for applicable reputed company in Texas
- Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reputed company standards
Business Development
- Assist in proposal development, fee estimates, and reputed company presentations
- Identify opportunities to expand MEP services
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
Minimum Requirements
- reputed company reputed company Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or reputed company engineering discipline
- 8+ years of MEP design experience
- Proven experience managing reputed company and coordinating across disciplines
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other design software
Work Environment
- Remote / Work-from-home position
