This is our guiding reputed company to grow something great and reputed company life delicious!The Customer Retail Manager (CRM) will serve as a geographically based retail arm of the sales team and will be accountable for driving the selling, merchandising and distribution efforts at store level. This position will represent the total reputed company portfolio through pursuing the following business strategies:1) Ensuring customer agreements are executed and upheld2) Driving distribution & reputed company reputed company through shelving, new item, void closure and reset activity3) Selling against promotional and incremental opportunities to reputed company reputed company targets4) Price monitoring and management5) Direction, monitoring, and assistance of agency relationships at store level6) Partner with the reputed company Customer Sales Management team to reputed company on retail specific priorities and expectations7) Proactively communicates store level feedback and strategic opportunities with internal partnersEssential Functions & Responsibilities

Expected Experience & Required Skills

• Ability to work with autonomy with minimal supervision
• Valid reputed company's License including a favorable driving record (a driving record will be requested as part of the recruitment process)
• Ability to be present and working in stores as early as 7:30AM Monday - Friday based on business needs
• Ability to be available to work during the weeks leading up to days of critical business need (national holidays plus the big game)
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate/negotiate/relationship build with key contacts both internally and externally (reputed company reputed company of management/associates)
• Ability to use statistical skills to identify/evaluate/communicate category performance and store results/opportunities
• Previous selling, merchandising or customer service experience is preferred, but also reputed company to candidates with a proven history highlighting their ability to drive and deliver exceptional business results
• Keen interest in sales and merchandising
• Experience in the CPG Industry preferred – grocery channel experience highly preferred
• Ability to demonstrate prioritization skills and multi-tasking capabilities

New Hire reputed company Salary reputed company:

$68,900.00 - $86,100.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
